With the vision of becoming the university of the future, now we go further and higher.
This is Dokuz Eylül University, the Research University.
Dokuz Eylül University which pioneered many innovative initiatives in the city and in the scientific world, has been awarded the status of a research university by Turkish Higher Education Board as becoming one of the twenty research universities in the country.
DEÜ achieved to be one of the top 15 universities among 207 universities in Turkey, where there are 131 state universities.
For the thematic field of Hospitality and Tourism, our university ranked among the top 100-150 universities in the world and ranked as the first best university in Turkey in 2022. It achieved significant success internationally and nationally.
The Tourism Faculty with the academic members who specialized in the various fields of hospitality and tourism and with the invited guest speakers from various fields of the tourism sector acts as a hub both for scientific knowledge and professional experience.
