She holds her Bachelor’s degree from Uludağ University, Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Food Engineering, Bursa, Turkey (2001), a Master’s degree in Business Administration (2004) and a Ph.D. in Tourism Management (2015) from Dokuz Eylül University, Graduate School of Social Sciences, İzmir, Turkey. She is an Assistant Professor in Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Tourism, Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, İzmir, Turkey. Her research interests mainly lie in the field of tourism management, food and beverage management, gastronomy, innovation management in tourism, networks and knowledge management.
