He completed his bachelor's degree at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University School of Tourism and Hotel Management (2000). He received his Master's (2007) and Doctorate (2012) degrees from Dokuz Eylül University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Tourism Management. He received his Associate Professor degree in Tourism (2018). He served as the Director of DEÜ School of Applied Sciences (2018-2020). He is still working as a lecturer at DEÜ Tourism Faculty. He worked in the tourism sector for many years and most recently he worked as a Food and Beverage Manager at BTA Catering (2006-2008). He is still the President of the Izmir Cooks Association. He was awarded the “Trainer of the Year” award in İzmir by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.

She holds a bachelor’s degree from Dokuz Eylül University, Engineering Faculty Department of Environmental Engineering (2007), master’s degree from the Graduate School of Social Science Department of Total Quality Management at the same university (2009). She continues her PhD education at Dokuz Eylül University Graduate School of Social Science Department of Tourism Management. At the same time, she is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Tourism, Department of Gastronomy and the Culinary Arts.
Her research interests are sustainable tourism, environment, tourism management, corporate identity, gastronomy and quality.

She holds her Bachelor’s degree from Uludağ University, Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Food Engineering, Bursa, Turkey (2001), a Master’s degree in Business Administration (2004) and a Ph.D. in Tourism Management (2015) from Dokuz Eylül University, Graduate School of Social Sciences, İzmir, Turkey. She is an Assistant Professor in Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Tourism, Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, İzmir, Turkey.
Her research interests mainly lie in the field of tourism management, food and beverage management, gastronomy, innovation management in tourism, networks and knowledge management.

She graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in 2003. She completed her Master's (2006) and Ph.D. (2014) degrees in Food Hygiene and Technology at Istanbul University Institute of Health Sciences. During her Ph.D. thesis phase, she conducted various laboratory studies at Ludwig Maximilian University Veterinary Faculty Department of Milk Hygiene and Technology. She is currently pursuing a second Ph.D. in the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at Kocaeli University Tourism Faculty and is in the thesis stage. From 2004 to 2015, she worked as a department head in the Microbiology and Molecular Biology departments at Eurolab Food Analysis Laboratory. She organized seminars on hygiene control and training in food establishments. She worked as a faculty member at Istanbul Gelisim University, Department of Nutrition and Dietetics from September 2015 to March 2024. Currently, she is an Assistant Professor in Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Tourism, Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, İzmir, Turkey.

He graduated from Gaziosmanpaşa University Zile Dinçerler School of Tourism and Hotel Management, Department of Food and Beverage Management (2016). He completed his master's degree at Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University, Graduate Education Institute, Gastronomy and Culinary Arts (2020). He served as a Chef Teacher at the Turkish Armed Forces, Supply and Finance School and Training Center Command (2018-2019). He is still continuing his doctorate studies at Nevşehir Hacı Bektaş Veli University, Institute of Tourism Research, Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts. He is a lecturer at Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Tourism, Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts.

Between 2021 and 2024, she worked as a lecturer at Avrasya University Vocational School Cookery Program. She is currently working as a Lecturer at Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Tourism, Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts.
