He completed his undergraduate studies in Hospitality Management at Muğla University in 2013. In 2019, he received his master’s degree from the Institute of Social Sciences at Muğla University, specializing in Tourism Management. Continuing his academic career, he successfully completed his doctoral studies in 2025 in the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at the Institute of Social Sciences of Balıkesir University.
Between 2008 and 2019, he gained professional experience in the food and beverage sector at various establishments in Turkey, including Zuma, D-Maris, La Guérite, WOW Bodrum, and Voyage Bodrum. Since 2020, he has been working as a Lecturer at Dokuz Eylül University in the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, where he teaches both theoretical and practical courses.
Throughout his academic career, he has conducted studies focusing on gastronomy education, culinary cultures, and applied culinary arts, and has specialized in East Asian, Italian, French, and Turkish cuisines.
